Ayr\u0131ca, y\u00fcksek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131nda, malzemenin tane boyutunun bu durumdan en az oranda etkilenmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Is\u0131l iletkenlik ve s\u00fcrt\u00fcnme, s\u0131cak \u00e7atlamalar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu bak\u0131mdan \u0131s\u0131l iletkenlik m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, s\u00fcrt\u00fcnme m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde olu\u015fabilecek de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flemle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabildi\u011fince kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmak gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Tala\u015fl\u0131 imalat\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u0131s\u0131l i\u015fleme tabi tutulur, yumu\u015fak tavlanm\u0131\u015f \u015fekilde teslim edildi\u011fi i\u00e7in i\u015flenebilirli\u011fi son derece iyidir. Bu \u00f6zel \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde son derece az miktarda yap\u0131da inkl\u00fczyon kalmaktad\u0131r. Bu parametrenin \u00e7eli\u011fin mikro temizli\u011finde \u00f6nemli parametrelerden biri oldu\u011fu iyi bilinmekle beraber, s\u0131cak i\u015f \u00e7eliklerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorlu uygulamalar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli ve gerekli bir parametredir.<\/p>\n<p>Dahas\u0131, Vakum Gaz Giderme (VD) sayesinde ki b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcnler bu i\u015flemden ge\u00e7mektedir, hidrojen, azot ve oksijen gibi gazlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelerde tutulmas\u0131 bu y\u00f6ntem ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r. Bu gazlar inkl\u00fczyonlara ve gaz bo\u015fluklar\u0131na sebep olmakla beraber malzemelerin performans\u0131n\u0131 olumuz y\u00f6nde etkilemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2365, 1.2367 malzemerinin ESR y\u00f6ntemiyle \u00fcretilmi\u015f \u00e7e\u015fitleri de mevcuttur. ESR y\u00f6nteminin \u00e7elik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki avantajlar\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r;<br \/>\n\u2022 Malzemenin toklu\u011funda art\u0131\u015f,<br \/>\n\u2022 Y\u00fcksek seviyedeki mikro temizlik,<br \/>\n\u2022 Malzemenin her y\u00f6nde izotropik olmas\u0131,<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00c7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyedeki segregasyon miktar\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>ESR y\u00f6ntemi, ingot ergitme i\u015flemine dayanmaktad\u0131r. Geleneksel Vakum Gaz Giderme (VD) s\u00fcreci boyunca c\u00fcruf i\u00e7eren bak\u0131r k\u00fcl\u00e7e kal\u0131p kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ngot erir, s\u0131v\u0131 metal c\u00fcrufu ge\u00e7er ve c\u00fcruf bir filtre gibi davran\u0131r ve s\u0131v\u0131 \u00e7eli\u011fi inklizyonlardan korur. Kat\u0131la\u015fma s\u00fcreci, geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlere g\u00f6re kal\u0131p i\u00e7erisindeki kat\u0131la\u015fma y\u00f6nteminde daha h\u0131zl\u0131d\u0131r. Kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fcreticilerin talimatlar\u0131na uymas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemle tavsiye etmekteyiz. Uygun olmayan bir \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flemde, b\u00f6lgesel a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nmada, sertle\u015ftirmede, yetersiz s\u00fcrelerde kal\u0131b\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fc \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkilenecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6stenitleme<\/strong><br \/>\nYumu\u015fak tavlanm\u0131\u015f par\u00e7an\u0131n sertle\u015ftirilmesinden hemen sonra menevi\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye edilmektedir.<br \/>\n\u00d6stenitleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famada kademeli olarak ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir. Di\u011fer yandan 1.2714 malzeme i\u00e7in bir \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma basama\u011f\u0131 yeterlidir.<\/p>\n<p>400 OC\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ilk \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tmada gerilimler ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Daha sonraki 600 OC ve 800 OC\u2019de ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma basamaklar\u0131nda da s\u0131cakl\u0131k dengelemesi i\u00e7in gereklidir. Is\u0131tma h\u0131z\u0131 150 OC\/saat olarak tavsiye edilmektedir. Par\u00e7alar\u0131n kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131nda bekleme s\u00fcreleri hesaplanmaktad\u0131r. Bu hesap sa\u011f tarafta g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Alternatif olarak termokupl kullan\u0131larak par\u00e7an\u0131n merkezi (TC) ve y\u00fczeyi (TS) aras\u0131ndaki fark hesaplan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>800 OC\u2019de yap\u0131lan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma sonras\u0131nda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabildi\u011fince h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00f6stenitleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131l\u0131r ve (TS-TC) 30 dakika beklenir. B\u00f6ylece ikincil sertle\u015fmede tamamlan\u0131r. Bundan sonra yap\u0131lacak ikinci menevi\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 istenilen mekanik \u00f6zelliklere ba\u011fl\u0131 olmakla beraber yap\u0131lan ilk menevi\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek bir s\u0131cakl\u0131kta yap\u0131lmas\u0131<br \/>\ngerekmektedir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc menevi\u015f ise bir \u00f6nceki menevi\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan 30-50 OC daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131kta yap\u0131lacak olup gerilim giderme ama\u00e7l\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. 400 \u2013 550 OC s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 aras\u0131ndan menevi\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131 toklu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in tavsiye edilmemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca 200 OC alt\u0131nda menevi\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n herhangi bir anlam\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in tavsiye edilmemektedir.<br \/>\n1.2714 malzeme sadece bir menevi\u015fe ihtiya\u00e7 duymaktad\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki form\u00fcller kullan\u0131larak 1. ve 2.
